Dell S2409W vs. HP 2159m

I have narrowed down my options for an external monitor for my MacBook Pro.

I don't mind the glossy screen on the HP - might actually prefer it as I have been using an iMac for 2 years.

What would the best choice be out of these two monitors?

I could also get the 2309m instead of the 2159m for increased screen size.

Yes, my 2009M is 20in.
