Depends. If you want to use the monitor for more screen real estate, then yes it will work. All you need is a VGA or DVI cable with a MacBook Mini-DVI to VGA or Mini-DVI to DVI adapter.

As for the built-in webcam in the monitor, I'm not too sure. It could work if someone has drivers for it. You can check out macam and see if their drivers work for you.
