Dell vs LG Monitor 27inch IPS

hi ,

I need help deciding which monitor might be good choice ?
I own Dell Ultrasharp 23inch and i love it it maybe because of IPS panel , but I need 2nd one 27in now and can't afford Dell ultrasharp 27inch price tag $599.

So i narrowed down to the following two.

LG 27EA63V-P

Dell S2740L


Any advice will be appreciated or any user experience. I mainly use for programming, documents and general stuff.
