Dell's ST2220T touch screen IPS!!

Does anyone know if this is compatible with a mac pro? Looks awsome for the price. Sry if this is a stupid question. Lol thx

I just bought that monitor and am using it with my MacBook Pro, and I really like the display quality, however, I have yet to get any touch functionality working. When I plug in the displays USB cable, the scroll bars show up on all of my windows, so I think that OSX thinks it's a mouse of some sort, and in USB Prober (developer app) it shows up as an LGD device. I've tried touch-kits driver, but that didn't work, as well as a couple others. I'm learning Obj-C right now, so my hope is that I'll be able to write a program to get it working.
