Hi there,

maybe there are some people here who use DeltaWalker in the same way as I do (compare 2 folders and then copy files over).

Anyways, I just bought a new 2TB External Hard Drive so I can get rid of my old 500GB.

Since 500GB is quiet big and I need to make sure there is no error transferring the files from one HDD to the other, I decided to use DeltaWalker.

DeltaWalker says it takes 8 hours to transfer the 500GB, which I thought was very slow. I then stopped it and went to finder to start a transfer to check the time it would take finder to transfer the 500GB, and it told me 4 hours!

So how come DeltaWalker is so slow when transferring files? Anyway I can speed that up?
