Demo app on all ipads..licence export?

Dear all

For my graduation A boy made my demo for my i-pad app.
I would like to show this demo on every ipad but due to licence or something, i can only show it on the school i-pads. I dont want this app to be in the app store because its just a demo..

So my question is: how can i do this? i have the original files..
