hey everyone,

I'm about to start making my demo reel. Im just after some ideas for music for it. I film sports events and weddings mainly with the demo showing filming, editing and motion graphics skills.

Cheers for the help

There are numerous music libraries available ... or you can create your own in Garage Band. Or find a local musician or group and offer them a deal.

I would recommend putting the sports reel and the wedding reel as two different sections of two different demo reels. The music and feeling of those two don't cross over that well.

You might consider not adding music, using the sound from your pieces instead. Your sound production is just as important as video production, and employers would want to hear that.
