Depth of 20" cinema display?

Can someone measure their 20" cinema display for me and tell me the depth of the screen? Apple lists 6.8", but that's for the foot. I'm trying to plan out my mobile audio recording setup, and need to know if this puppy's gonna be too thick to put into a case.

It is 6.8" at the widest part.

If you're talking about the depth of the LCD panel, that's about 1.25".
