iPhone XS Design Changes Expected?

You can expect the camera boil not to be lanced for at least the next few years.
I don’t think they’ll change the design, ie get rid of the notch. For sure I bet the design will follow the iPads squared edges ala iPhone 5 (what was old is new again). But notch will stay. It has a functional purpose. The galaxy can punch holes in the display because of its only a selfie camera. The iphones needs it for the camera, ir scanner, dot matrix projector, etc...

Apple kept the previous design by making very small changes for 4 years. It may be a couple more years yet before they change much. Their prices are the biggest change needed at this point.

Yes. There is zero reason for Apple to change the design right now. Hardware is not on a continuing basis where it needs to be revamped every single year. Any hardware changes are usually subtle, like the camera orientation, antenna bands might be eliminated, glass back, color additions, etc.
The only expected form change for the 2019 iPhone, is possibly a triple lens camera that has been rumored, but everything else should remain the same.
I don't expect Apple to change the design as next year it will only have been 24 months since the X. 2020 for sure.

Yes, they are too expensive, I mean £1249 for an XS Max and still I bought one, plus an R.
I know it will be the same design. But I really want Apple to pull a Steve Jobs and present a device that is all screen and has some wacky new tech to hide all the sensors under the display. You know...? just come in and change the smartphone industry like the original phone.
