Design suggestions please

Hi. I've posted once about this website, but now I need some design comments. I've worked on this site for about two weeks now, and currently have clean XHTML and CSS. The only problem I'm having is under IE 5.2 for Mac, the bottom random text doesn't center, but left aligns. I'm not really worried about that though. But, from a design perspective, I wanted to know if the design is alright, and what could be improved. Is it easy to use? Are the colors alright? Does anything look out of place (like the top banner)? I'm still working on finishing my content (I rushed the release). I really appreciate any suggestions.

Hey there.

Nice job.

One thing to try for is definite consistency across the site.

For example, the sides of the mail panel fade into the background whereas the bottom just ceases in a direct contour.

Good job though.
