Looks to design a rather large Cafe menu - about 2.5 feet tall and 1.75/2 feet wide. Any one have any ideas program-wise to do so?

Would Pages work for something so big (menu-wise)? This is going to hang on a wall and I would bring it to Kinko's to print.

Pages will work fine (though of course not it's templates). Just tell it how big it needs to be, and when you're done, save it as a PDF, Kinko's should be able to print that no problem.

I purchased iWork and have the 'Menu' template. How do I make it bigger (i.e. 2.5 feet by 3 feet)?

You should be able to modify the document size in the inspector (little window on the right).

Remember that any images you include in the design should be 300dpi for best quality print production (can be less in some cases for large format). Have a word with the printer to check their requirements first. Best to have the document setup correctly before designing anything ;o)

I plan on printing it out at Kinkos so I will call them shortly when I get in the office.

I can't seem to get it to allow me to change the size. It keeps saying 8.5 x 11 and won't let me click inside the grey areas.

When I'm done is it possible for one of you experts to take a look over it and resize it a bit? I have it at its correct size (26x32) but the spacing in my columns is a bit out of whack and I'm not sure why.
