desktop app. displaying date and time and weather?

I've seen this on many people's desktop.... it looks pretty .. where would a fellow find these?

not exactly what im looking for. geektool MIGHT be it but it looks confusing. maybe i'm not explaining it well enough ?? It has like the date and time in bold letter on your desktop... it looks kind of like a dashboard app but its on at all times

Right, that is geektool. I'm not sure how to use it either, but that is it. Check the January Desktops thread for info on it.
