It seems silly to me that Safari running on my new 10.5 inch iPad Pro would ever use mobile format to display web sites. I know there's an option to request desktop format, but that's after already displaying the site. I didn't see an option in Safari settings to make desktop format the default. Is there such an option someplace? Thanks.
