Desktop Connect Problems

Having some problems and hope you guys can advise me.

1. Failed to connect to my Windows 7 PC when i keyed in my IP address.

2. Tried using EasyConnect and able to connect to my PC and Mac (only via same network), possible to connect it on different networks?

3. Faced with this error when i tried to connect and the app on ipad will shut down and go to Home Screen.
