Desktop encoding software -> S3?

Hi - wondering if anyone has seen a desktop encoding program, like RoadMovie or Handbrake etc. that will send a finished encoded file to an S3 account?

A lot of them will send to FTP or even SFTP, but unfortunately Amazon S3 doesn't allow FTP connections.

Roadmovie SAYS it can do it, but unfortunately it cannot (confirmed with the developer of RoadMovie 2).
