Does anyone know what I might do to permanently fix this (screenshot is below)? It happens somewhat frequently now. It is on a Mac Mini with 1 GB RAM (factory installed).

Rebooting clears it up for anywhere from a few hours to days. Current uptime is about 20 minutes short of 6 full days.

Does this problem go away if you quickly change resolution to something smaller then back? That's a quick fix, but not a solution. Long story short, if it's the same case as with the GMA X3100 MacBooks (Snow Leopard driver problem), it may be fixed in a future update. However, your problem may be down to the graphics card itself, and it may be a good idea to have it checked by someone.
 
I haven't tried changing the screen res, but I will next time. Thanks for the tips.
