Desktop Goes Blue When Exiting A Program [Please Help]

Hi Guys,

First time mac user, got my hands on a Macbook Pro 15 last weekend. Last night I installed WC3 and the expansion. Whenever I leave the program the desktop changes from the space background to a blank blue screen. Is this common?

How can I fix this, I will be greatly appreciative for any help.

sorry this is heaps short, I'm on 1% battery.

Will it stay blue?

Otherwise I assume that it has to do with the GPU switching.

It stays blue until, I re set the space theme on it. Have you heard of this before? Im hoping it can be fixed with a few clicks. I wasnt the most tech savvy on a windows computer and now I have even less idea on what is happening atm on my macbook.

Any advice?
