I know I have asked about drives in this enclosure once before, but before I buy I want to get my specs right. I notice hard drives come in SATA or SATA II, with 32 mb or 64 mb cache.

I am on the lookout for a bare drive to put in a firewire enclosure, the one I am using will be this; http://www.amazon.com/Macally-Hi-Speed-FireWire-Enclosure-G-S350SUAB2/dp/B003VTZFN4/ref=sr_1_5?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1298764600&sr=1-5 which specs that I noted would make the most of the firewire speed? I plan to hook it up via firewire 800 port on my macbook pro.
