Is there some way to turn off the resizing of Icons on the desktop? I am getting tired of accidentally resizing my icons and moving the icons from where I am used to seeing them.

Are they actually changing size as from HUGE to small?

Finder -> View -> Show View Options
or
command + J

Instead of making a duplicate thread about the same thing...

...I brought back this not-so-old one about the same thing.

Every now and then, I drag an image from Safari to my desktop, or make a new folder, or something of the like, and my desktop icons pop down to 28x28 pixels. I keep mine at 60x60 all the time, so it's very irritating.

Any way to stop this? I know I'm not doing any weird pinch feature, because sometimes, all it takes is when I let go of the trackpad after dragging an image out of Safari.

Any ideas?
