Desktop Question

For some unknown reason, my desktop picture disappeared. I went to desktop and screensavers, chose the same pic for the desktop but it won't appear on the desktop. What do you think happened? OR am I doing this all wrong? can someone please guide me. Thanks so much.

did you try to log out and back in again / restart?

I tried logging in again

but then it only enlarged the desktop pic to fit he entire screen. I selected the center but nothing happened. So the pic I have for my desktop is full screen. Don't know why it cannot be in the center like it use to be. Could it be the display setting?

Take it into the Apple Store. They will probably re-install Leopard, and it will probably work after that.
