Desktop Re-arranged after sleep/reboot

Any time I wake up my MBP the icons on my desktop are all re-arranged. Is there a setting that I have to set in order to keep my arrangement of my desktop. Thanks everybody.

go to desktop then click or command J then click , keep arrangement
