When I try to browse Desktop Backgrounds it dog's when loading the images and sometimes doesn't even display them at all. I logged in to another user account and they loaded fine. I did an Archive and Install of Leopard. Suggestions?

My solution. Deleted ~/library/preferences/com.apple.desktop.plist. Also organized my Pictures folder by moving a number of images into sub-folders. Rebooted and everything was fine.

That worked. But I have to do that every time I change the picture. I wouldn't think that is normal?

Cheers, that worked great for me and doesn't seem to be re-occurring again yet,
