Hi,

Not important; just curious about.
Running High Sierra; on an iMac

The Screensaver works just fine.
It accesses a folder with a bunch of photos in it, and switches
them as it should.

But the Desktop, which (I think) I have set up to use the same Folder
of photos, will not automatically switch. Just sits on one photo, forever.

Tried all the options that are shown; none seem to work re switching/cycling
the Desktop photos periodically.

It certainly implies that it should.

What might I have set up incorrectly, or... ?

Thanks,
Bob

Do you have the Change picture box and file folder selected in System Preferences?

Hi,

All set now.
My goof. Will blame it on old age.

Thanks for help; very appreciated.
