Desktop widget like a Webclip but refresh like every 10 seconds?

I was wondering whether theres a way to have like a Webclip like widget with part of a webpage and have it refresh like every 10 seconds? (or other time interval)
I just want to keep it on my desktop to keep an eye on something.....

Anyone know if it's possible to force a webclip to update at certain time intervals automatically or whether theres another way to do this?
