Desktops manual arranging & Fullscreen as desktop....

Mission Control is really nice overall but I *must* have the ability to rearrange the desktops manually and use the FullScreen apps as Desktops
(I mean when I'll have <Desktop1> <Fullscreen Safari> <Desktop3> I'll be able to CTRL+2 to go to Safari and be able to create -new- Desktop 4 and set it as Desktop 1).
