desperate, need help with Internet plug-ins?!

Hey everyone,

How do I update my Internet-Plug Ins? I am trying to view some flash media on the web and I think my plug-ins are old? I have downloaded some new ones from http://formymac.com/MR/plugins.zip and transferred the files into my Plug-Ins library; was that the right thing to do? Does Safari automatically recognize them or something?

Please help I am so confused!

You might want to download the Flash plugin from here and follow their instructions to install. Most plugins will come with their own installation instructions. Hope this helps.
