The 15" got 15+ hours with iGPU, and 7.5 hours with dGPU.

The Touch Bar also times out in the name of saving battery life, which completely makes sense but can be less convenient than the static function keys if you’re just playing audio or video and not interacting with the computer for extended periods of time. The Touch Bar’s display dims after 60 seconds and turns off after another 15, and you have to tap it, the keyboard, or the trackpad to wake it back up. There are no controls anywhere in the System Preferences for changing this even if you want to.

Yikes.

Yikes.

For a company that Stripped these computers down to bare bones in the name of Battery Life, the Touchbar just seems so ODD, just an out of place LAME DUCK.

Is that test they did a reliable indicator of real-world performance? 15 hour seems really, really high given what Apple estimated.

The keyboard isn't terrible, it's just not as fantasic as the one on previous MBPs. It IS a downgrade but I didn't find it unusable like the original butterfly keyboard. I have so many other quandaries with the new MBP the keyboard is the least of it, but I do understand those who still are not satisfied with the new version.
