When I read Apple's broad marketing about iCloud, Apple talks about storing all my wonderful stuff in the Cloud and that it's available on any device and Apple dodges exactly all the content type that can be stored.
So let me ask: Can I use iCloud as a DropBox or Box? Can I:
1)Use a Windows machine to store any file format I want on iCloud AND retrieve it from said Windows machine whenever I see fit? If not, please elaborate on the specifics.
2)Use a Mac machine to store any file format I want on iCloud AND retrieve it from said Windows machine whenever I see fit? If not, please elaborate on the specifics.
3)Store all my iTunes CD-RIPPED music that is presently store on my iDevice or iTunes-enabled Windows machine? And if so, can I copy/pull it down from any device that can access iCloud?
I have no problem paying for iCloud but I can't seem to get the exact limitations on what it provides. Although the Apple literature seems to promise the world, their actual examples are iOS pix and videos, iOS Contacts, iOS settings, and iOS backups.
Thanks in advance!
