Detect Remote Monitoring, Without Enabling It?!?

I am hoping to find a way to tell that I am being remotely monitored, without enabling the notification. I was oping maybe there was a way to see it in activity monitor, if a certain program was accessed. Perhaps there is a way to review it in terminal. It doesn't have to be definite, maybe just something that allows me to see if perhaps my boss is checking in on me.
