I just bought a new 13" MBP just a tad under 2 months ago. According to Coconut Battery it says my battery has 10% less capacity compared to new. Am i just paranoid cause this seems excessive. My old Macbook CoreDuo that i sold never had a battery replacement and it was over 3 years old and still had 70% battery capacity.

Doesn't sound like a problem. If its health begins dropping for quickly, though, Apple will test it for you at a genius bar to see if it needs to be replaced.

Hmmm.. Thats odd. I checked on three different occasions and Coconut Battery read the battery at 91% capacity. Just checked it again and it reads at 93% capacity. Whatever.

The battery capacity always fluctuates with coconut battery or any other battery app
