Determine how to split Client and Designer Programs in Parallels for Mac

I am running Lotus Notes 9.0.0 in Parallels 9 for Ma. I really like Parallels and I like coherence mode. I use the Notes and Designer Client, and I would really love to see them as separate items in my Dock.

Is that possible?
