so yesterday i tried to become a developer. so i bought the iphone dev kit for 99$ and the pages said error after checkout, i tried again later and im pretty sure the order went through. but theres a couple problems first the dev site walks u through the steps to enroll and the "purchase step" is what the bar is still up to. Second the order is not in my apple order history, and last i never got the conformation email it said it will come within 24 hrs but its been 19 since and i never got it. so the only thing holding me back is the fear is by putting another 99$ on the credit card by accident. So any thoughts
