Hey, if you get a dev slot from someone you dont trust a 100% and install iOS5 beta, will your phone get blocked if they decide to remove you from their dev devices?

No - it shouldn't get 'blocked'. You'll still be able to use your phone, although when new beta builds are made available, you'll be stuck on the old one.

If you've got doubts why not just wait for the final release build - it's not that long now. We'll probably be getting beta 4 in a week or two and then a few weeks after that the final beta, with a final release sometime in early Sept.
