Dev/student discount

I bought my unibody MBP last year with a 1-time student discount. I really want to get a new 17" core i7, but it won't let me access the store anymore. I'm assuming I'd have to pay to renew my account, but before I do that, has anyone used the discount on a new MBP? If so, how much did you get off of it?

It's a one-time discount, and you can't renew it.

Also, they did away with the student dev discount program in March.
