Develop apps for free?

Is there a way to develop apps for free? Preferably a program that doesn't require coding?

Any program has some degree of coding/programming. Even wysiwyg type tools.

The resulting "apps" from those kinds of things are going to be crap. Learn to code or don't even bother.

It's like driving: you can learn to drive and buy a car, or you can sit on the bus between the fat guy with hygiene issues and the angry guy swigging cheap cider. At some point you're going to realise you need to make a little effort

well yeah there are some softwares that do so but they can design the stuff for you, the idea has to be yours and also the coding adds a sophistication and delicacy to the app... so in short the best way is to make applications through coding.
