Developer Hardware Purchase Program Discount

I bought my student membership to the ADC in January of 2003. Obviously, it's expired by now, although I still do get the ADC newsletter in my email, for some weird reason. Do I have to buy another membership to get my hardware purchase program discount? Or is my once-per-lifetime hardware discount good for life?

I'm a member of ADC, but haven't paid. I do get their newsletter. Joined three years ago, just never thought that it was worth paying the fee.
