Developer Preview 3 1.0 showing up in Software Update after retail version installed?

What's going on here? I upgraded Mavericks to Yosemite last night. Then I applied the 10.10 version 1 update (1 GB). Now the App Store is telling me that more updates are available

This can't be right.

Oh, I see now that 10.10.update 1 is actually one of the betas and where it went all went wrong. No idea why it popped up in the apple store. It seems that the whole thing has gone to the dump because I had the DP installed on a separate partition that is gone now.

Looks like it's time for a complete reinstall.

Update: Instead of doing a clean install, I just reinstalled the release version again and things seem to be working properly now.
