Developers license

Ok so I went via a 3rd Party site a couple months ago and bought a developers license for my iPhone. However I've since forgotten the sites name. Can anyone give me some names of sites that provide this service? I figure once I see the site I should remember it.

Check the credit card / paypal transactions that you used to buy it?

Isn't Apple the only one that can actually make you part of the developer program given that they manage it and all that?

There are groups that buy bulk licenses and can sell individual ones out to people.
