Developing for Jailbroken iPod Touches

Last night, I used BlackRa1n to jailbreak my iPod Touch in hopes that I would be able to dabble in the iPhone SDK without having to join the developer program. My question is this:

Can I do free on device debugging now? How?

Please help. If that is impossible, I will de-jailbreak it.
