What tool is everyone using to create themes on a Jailbreak with Cydia.

I have created some icons but I wanted to push the envelope and design some more features into the themes.

Right now I have designed some stuff for friends using Blackberry phones, specifically the Storm and Storm 2, but the iPhone is new to me.
