yes, my cell phone can provide the time as well, but looking at my wrist first is a habit ingrained since i got my first mickey mouse watch as a small child. my current watch is an automatic and never needs batteries. if i'm ever hit by an EMP (non-nuclear), my watch will still work.

Some form of time telling device, whether it be a sundial or a stopwatch. I don't think I'd die without a computer/iPod/whatever. I'm just really meticulous about the time. Oh and I'd also like a house (if that counts as a device, not talking about a gates' mansion auto-house ZX3000 either).

I live in the USA midwest, so the public transportation system is a joke at best.
Without a car, a person seriously can't get much of anything done. Can't get to work, can't get to the store, can't do much of anything.

This is sad. I'm still relatively young, and I've had my fair share of technology. If it was up to me, I'd get rid of my computers, iPods, car, etc., and move to Panama and grow bananas.
