so i have a ipad which is brand new but hasnt been opened for a few months and i try to hook it up and the screen is just blank it goes to the apple logo in a loop and if im holding the home button while charging it will say connect to itunes but as soon as i unplug the screen goes blank. I have tried to reset the ipad but i get the error device isnt elgible for request build...this device has never been jailbroken please help
