Device Setup Running for No Reason?

Hi Everyone,

I am running Windows 10 Pro using parallels (necessary for work), on my 2015 MacBook Pro. This morning, device setup started running for no apparent reason. Should I be alarmed? A few days ago, I ralso eceived a strange notice that a computer I didn't recognize was trying to connect to my network.

I use Norton AV (not the AV i would have chosen, but it is required by my work).

Any thoughts?
