My iPhone won't sync this morning. I keep getting "Device Timed Out" errors (maybe 10 times in a row). I've tried restarting the computer, using different cables, and restarting the iPhone. It was giving me this problem right out of the box a few days ago but went away when I switched cables. Now it seems nothing I'm doing is helping. Any ideas? Time for a replacement?
