Device vibrating continuously

iPhone PM was vibrating continuously ( 5 mins wouldn’t stop) with the same vibration pattern as a phone call. Phone logs shows a missed call when this started. Had to shut down to remedy. Build number attached.

this has happened to me, I hard rebooted my phone and it I have never had the issue again but I did have this issue about a month ago

also my brightness levels went down even on Max level. Maybe unrelated , turning off and back on auto brightness fixed it .
