HomeKit Devices Now, Won't Turn Off With "Hey Siri" - Used To

Past week, when I say "Hey Siri - turn off the lights", she turns off the lights but leaves on my den lights, bathroom light and desk light. I have to manually tell Siri to turn each one of these items off. Previously, they all turned off with the "turn off the lights" command. I have tried several variations of "turn all the lights off", "turn off all the lights", "turn off all the downstairs lights", etc. The bathroom and desk lights are lamps connected to smart plugs. The den lights are Hue. The ones she's turning off are majority hue and some smart plugs. So I don't know what the deal is.

Any suggestions?
