DevonThink Pro & Yojimbo Questions

I am thinking about picking up a copy of DevonThink Pro but I'm curious, what advantages does it offer versus just using regular folders and spotlight? The only thing I can think of is that it opens different file formats from within devonthink so it does not require having many progs open at once.

How do you use DevonThink?

One last question, I have also tried out Yojimbo, I'm not sure if I like it more or less than devonthink. What are the advantages and disadvantages of both apps as you see it?
