Is there a program out there that will automatically send my device into DFU mode? It's hard for me to press the buttons in a coordinated fashion, as I am handicapped.

My guess would be no
But I've never actively looked so don't take my word for it.

No

No, you can't force DFU by software, You can send the phone to recovery mode but not DFU, it required a Hardware input.

I think Pwnagetool, and probably others, have on screen instructions that show pictures and count down and stuff to make it as easy as possible. You are still doing the work yourself, but it interactively walks you through the entire thing. That might not help you personally with your condition, but it does help me as my timing is alway off without it.
