DFU - SSH Ramdisk dump iPhone5

Hello,

I traveled to New York, took many pictures, however to get to Brazil, my father playing in iphone typed my password incorrectly several times,

My iphone has been disabled,
connected to iTunes, restored, can the last backed up in iCloud was 2 days before the trip.

I've read a lot about "SSH Ramdisk DFU Mode".
I would like to confirm with the experts here if there is possibility to have a "dump" of memory.
