DFU without power button

Hello All, I know I have seen this answered before but I could not locate the thread. I need to put my phone into DFU mode but the power button is broken. I know Redsn0w can do it but I wasn't sure if it would work on an iPhone 5 with iOS 7. Is tiny umbrella still a possibility? I don't need to save blobs or anything I assume. I do have the restore software downloaded seperatly and ready to go. Any tips and advice?

If you need to restore your phone, the only version still being signed is iOS 7.1.1. I think TinyUmbrella will let you put the phone in recovery mode.
